I must add that my family and I had a really enjoyable visit to the Vietnam Airlines London Office. We received kind and respectful treatment from the workers there. They provided us with all the information we required regarding baggage allowance and child travel.  The office was spotless and well-organized. We were not in any sense hurried. Everyone on the team appeared to be eager to assist and well-trained. Having such excellent service from a London airline is pleasant. After visiting the office, our confidence regarding our trip increased.
